Susan Shepard is a lifelong servant-leader whose career spans crisis response, military support, and lay ministry. She spent 17 years as a 911 operator and supervisor, guiding callers through their toughest moments. For more than 20 years, she also deployed worldwide as an Army civilian, contributing to the Global War on Terrorism. Off the clock, Susan has dedicated over two decades to Stonecroft Ministry, where today she continues to share hope and practical faith with women across the nation.
